Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad): 1–3 business days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions on select orders — watch our Instagram @vault_shop.in for announcements.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and email us at [support@vaultwallet.in] within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Currently Shipping
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
