Refund policy
At VAULT, we take pride in the quality of every wallet we ship. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unscratched, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear of leather (distressing, natural patina development)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Returns requested after the 7-day window
- Items that have been used, scratched, or show signs of wear
- Change of mind after delivery
4. Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason:
- Defective or wrong item received — VAULT covers the return shipping cost fully
- Change of mind or accidental order — Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
In all cases, please contact us before shipping anything back. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days
- Bank processing times may add an additional 2–3 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. We do not offer size or colour exchanges at this time.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at [support@vaultwallet.in] with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs of the product (required for defective claims)
We will respond within 48 business hours with next steps.
